Laura Bond is a scientist by training with a PhD in Pharmacy. She began her investment career at IP Group, working on early-stage deep tech commercialisation, before moving to Walgreens Boots Alliance, where she led global open innovation in consumer healthcare. She is now a General Partner at Pontaq and Professor of Practice at Nottingham University Business School.

Stephen Rockman is an investor, non-executive director and mentor focused on health and medtech innovation. He previously helped scale Silicon Valley enterprise software companies across the UK and Europe, and has since supported 150+ founders across software, health, creative and ESG ventures. He is founder of Merism Capital, a member of the CW+ Innovation Advisory Board, and has held advisory and eir roles across UK and EU innovation programmes.
